Reps For Responders hosts Responder Talk every Sunday at 7PM EST via Zoom.
- Reps For Responders hosts Responder Talk every Sunday at 7PM EST via Zoom. Our Sunday meetings are topic meetings during which we focus on a different topic such as gratitude, forgiveness, nutrition, social media, fear, victim mindset, fitness and more. Once or twice a month, Sunday meetings will be speaking engagements featuring active or retired first responders who share their strength, experience and hope. Nutrition/ Health Coach Sponsorships
Reach your personal goals and improve your overall physical and emotional wellbeing through improved nutritional habits.
- Nutrition is another important piece of the puzzle to improved quality of life. What we eat influences our physical and mental health, so Reps For Responders sponsors a select number of first responders each month to receive nutrition guidance. Selected participants will have access to a nutrition expert and receive individual programming to help you reach your personal goals and improve your overall physical and emotional wellbeing. Our partner nutritionists take a holistic approach to help you build sustainable habits for long term results.
- Reps For Responders also provides sponsorships for soft tissue massage sessions, acupuncture and other recovery modalities. Check out our instagram (@reps_for_responders) for our occasional giveaways for first responders.
Fitness Sponsorships
We partner with private gyms in the community to help give back to small business while supporting first responders on their journey to better health.
- Fitness is one important piece of the puzzle to living a life of improved quality. Reps For Responders sponsors first responders each month to receive sponsored fitness memberships that range from strength and conditioning facilities to CrossFit to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. We partner with private gyms in the community to help give back to small business while supporting first responders on their journey to better health.
Recovery Coaching
Work with a Recovery Coach to removes barriers and obstacles to your recovery.
- A Recovery Coach promotes recovery and removes barriers and obstacles to recovery, serving as a personal guide and mentor for people seeking or already in recovery from an addiction to alcohol and or other drugs. Reps For Responders has five Recovery Coaches trained through Prepared Training to provide Peer Recovery Services to individuals who are beginning or who are already on their recovery journey from substance abuse/use.

Also please send the application to our email repsforresponders@gmail.com These applications are for active first responder/military personnel only. Our fitness sponsorships are mainly in Rockland, County NY. Our Recovery coaching, resiliency skills training, health/nutrition coaching can be done in person or via zoom. If you did fill out an application or it is not working correctly please email us. As a non-profit we do our best to fundraise for you guys, funds are not always readily available for us. Just because you fill out an application does not mean you are going to get picked right away. Thank you for your support!
